Flashcrete Mortar

HARDENS IN 5 MINUTES – JUST ADD WATER.

Fast Set Mortar is a mixture of cement, quality sand and specialty additives.

Ideal for

BE AWARE OF SHORT MIXING TIME AND PLACE IN UNDER 3 MINUTES

Do not use mechanical mixer.
If priming surfaces with water, use of an acrylic bonding agent assists with adhesion.

MIX IN BUCKET

Add 1.1L of water into bucket.
Place lid back on firmly, roll and shake bucket for 1 minute and place immediately.

MIX IN WHEELBARROW

Moist cure when practical. Wet down joint periodically for 7 days.

RISK

Cement powder and sand dust is irritating to the eyes, respiratory system and skin. It may cause sensitisation through skin contact (dermatitis).

Safe Handling

Avoid contact with the skin and eyes.
Wear suitable protective clothing, boots, gloves and eye protection.
Avoid breathing dust by wearing suitable respiratory equipment.
Manual handling of this bag without due care and attention could result in personal injury. Unless you are trained in manual handling of heavy loads, it is recommended that you share the load with another person.

FIRST AID

Eyes: Rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
Inhaled: Move immediately to fresh air.
Swallowed: Wash mouth with water. Do not induce vomiting. Drink water or milk to dilute stomach contents. Seek medical attention.
Skin: Wash immediately with clean water. (Seek medical attention if irritation persists).

SAFETY

Disposal

This material and its package must be disposed of in a safe way.
Do not empty into drains. Spills may be vacuumed or swept. Avoid generation of dust.
