Bitumen Resurfacer

A versatile, rapid-setting cement-based resurfacer designed for Bitumen restoration and repair.

Now in a handy 10kg bucket.

Formulated with a polymer-modified cement blend and specialised additives, it closely matches the appearance of existing bitumen. When mixed with water, it produces a durable, high-quality resurfacing solution with excellent bonding strength. It can also be used on concrete surfaces. Working time is approximately 20 minutes, and the surface can be reopened to traffic in just 2 hours.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE OPENING PACKAGING

Surface Preparation

Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and free of contamination
Remove loose material and roughen the surface
Pressure washing is recommended for maximum adhesion
Eliminate standing water before placement

Mixing

Use mechanical mixing equipment (mixer or drill-mounted paddle)
For 10kg of dry product: add 2 – 2.2 Litres of clean water
Mix for 1–3 minutes until smooth and a uniform consistency

Application

Use promptly after mixing
Finish with trowel, float, loop roller, or broom to match existing surface texture
Apply in thickness from 3mm up to 50mm
Do not apply in multiple layers
For deeper repairs, extend with clean coarse aggregate (up 1.9 cm) to achieve thickness up to 61 cm.
Can be used at air temperatures between 5˚C–35˚C.
